OXPAN Microsys is an established (2005) Information Technology Company having 1500+ clients nationwide. It is mainly focused on:

  • Developing desktop, web and mobile applications for cooperative banking, trading, khanepani, transport and other software on clients demand. 
  • Developing web application and web sites with various types and  requirements 
  • Developing Android and IOS applications for mobiles and smart devices. 
  • Providing Training of computer and software in office and outer locations. 
  • Online Support and Field support
  • Software Testing
  • Distributing and deploying various software. 
  • Providing technical support on IT 
  • Networking and System setup. 

Its main office is in Kathmandu and other sales and support office at Birtamod, Itahari, Birgunj and Nepalgunj. Other offices are about to start on Pokhara and Narayanghat. 

It has 40+ direct and indirect employees. 

OXPAN is going to work on five major projects on 2020 based on WPF, C#, Android and ASP.Net.

  • A self-starter with a great work ethic and an eagerness to keep up to date with leading technological trends in the frontend (Javascript, HTML, CSS) space
  • 2+ years of experience working with Javascript frameworks with notable experience with React.js role
  • Experience with state management frameworks like Redux, Flux or Mobx
  • Very clear concept in printing and paginations
  • Experience working with build management tools such as Webpack
  • Demonstrable experience with single-page-apps (SPAs) and the challenges that they bring (SEO, Server-side rendering etc)
  • E-commerce experience
  • Thorough HTML and CSS experience specifically around responsive design (mobile-first)
  • Thorough understanding of Microservices and microsites
  • Experience with GIT, bitbucket, Github and the Gitflow branching model
  • Experience adhering to an Agile development environment and iterative sprint cycle

Job Description

Oxpan Microsys is seeking a React Developer who is In-depth experience in Javascript frameworks  with notable experience with React.js role in API based programming, and is also hardworking, creative and innovative. You will be working on various internal SaaS products (Banking, Mart, School, Hopital etc.) and external projects with different levels of complexity and challenges.

  • Design and develop attractive and efficient API based web applications.
  • Provides, informed, opinion and influences the architecture and implementation direction of our Microservices and Microsites ecosystem
  • Articulates and guides the development of tools and processes leveraged across the SDLC for continuous improvement in agility, quality and process/tooling maturity
  • Communicating and working with teams in a globally distributed environment
  • Brings/Demos new tooling to the team with a view to improving how we operate
  • Shares knowledge openly within the team and across engineering
  • Analyze and debug system problems and provide fixes or direct others in providing a solution to the problem
  • Define requirements for and generate design and functional specifications
  • Establish coding practices and standard procedures for project management, version control, release management, and bug tracking and follow those practices and procedures
  • Driving the definition and implementation of reusable react (and other JS oriented) components
