About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled React developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications using the React library.
You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.
Requirements:
-Timely and transparent proceedings of remuneration, taxation, and social security deposit.
-Leave provisions as dictated by the labor law.
-Provision of profit sharing as per labor law, where applicable.
Working days/hours/location:
While we have entertained remote work for individuals with genuine cases, we prefer in-person work at our office premises in Aanamnagar.

About the organization
Danphe Software Labs has been in business for over 3 years now. Out of four co-founders, three are in the engineering core team and have been working under the same umbrella for over 5 years (previously in a different company). We are based out of Anamangar, Kathmandu.
Our main forte is Ruby on Rails development. We also do React and React Native. We exclusively undertake outsourced projects, and our clientele is based mainly in the US. We currently have about 35 engineers working on numerous long-term projects.
The projects we oversee are often challenging. Most projects deal with not-so-simple business logic and have a significant number of models. Some of the projects we do are in their mid-life development timeline, and some have been in production-level usage for several years with a significant user base.
We promote sound work and life balance. Our work timings are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. We don't expect anyone to work off-hours, or over the weekends. There are no late-night meetings. We have in the past rejected lucrative projects which required working off-hours. While we expect everyone to come to the office physically, we have entertained remote work in special and genuine cases. We conduct frequent social events of different kinds to have a change in context and re-energize ourselves.
