Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a telecom engineering role involving BSC, RNC, and/or 4G systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills:

Preferred experience on ZTE equipment, including UME and command-line operations.
Solid understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE architecture, signaling flows, and network element roles.
Hands-on experience in remote integration, parameter configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with OSS tools, network management systems, and basic Linux/CLI environments.
Knowledge of other vendor platforms is an advantage.
Scripting or automation experience (Shell, Python) for integration efficiency.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile network deployment, optimization, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commissioning and integration of ZTE RAN equipment, and a solid understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies.

Job Description:

Perform commissioning, integration, and configuration of ZTE BSCs (Base Station Controllers), RNCs (Radio Network Controllers), and 4G eNodeBs.
Support software loading, license activation, and initial provisioning for new nodes in 2G/3G/4G networks.
Conduct health checks, remote integration, and acceptance testing for radio access nodes.
Interface with transmission and IP teams for IP back-haul configuration and routing/integration.
Work with NOC teams to monitor alarms, resolve faults, and ensure node availability and stability.
Execute parameter audits and assist in performance optimization across 2G, 3G, and LTE layers.
Maintain documentation including MOPs (Method of Procedure), integration logs, and acceptance test reports.
Collaborate with planning, rollout, and field teams to align site and node delivery milestones.
Ensure all integration and upgrade activities follow security, safety, and operational procedures.
Participate in network modernization, swap, and expansion projects involving ZTE platforms.
