Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis
  • Position patients properly for imaging and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Evaluate images for quality and make adjustments to improve image quality if needed
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine imaging needs and review results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of radiology and implement new techniques as needed
  • Provide assistance and guidance to junior staff members, if applicable.
