Location: Kathmandu Valley and other parts of Nepal as per requirement of the company.

Required Qualification Criteria:

• BE Civil with at least 3-5 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Billing Engineer in Building Construction
  
• Hands on experience in preparing Bill of Quantity
  
• Ability to calculate and work out quantities of difference components of building construction independently from approved drawings and to check and detect the error from the bills submitted by contractors
  
• Good working knowledge of Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis and Rate Analysis
  
• Ability to explain design and drawings and other variations.
  
• Excellent Numerical skills, Excellent command over MS Office.
  
• Ability to measure and value the work done with high precision and accuracy
  
• Good knowledge about measurement of various components of building construction
  
• Experienced in verification of bills
  
• Experienced in Reconciliation of Billed quantities vs Paid quantities.
