Job Description

Preparation of BOQ, estimation and structural analysis report with Architect/ Structural Engineer
Undertaking cost analysis of the project
Performing risk, value management and cost control
Prepare and analyses costing for tenders
Analyze outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
Valuing completed work and arranging payments to contractors
Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
Use computer (QUADRA) software for estimation of project
Estimating the cost of the building, individual house and verifying the bills with the actual cost incurred
