Job Description

  • Estimating the cost of materials, labour and equipment required for projects.
  • Analyzing and evaluating tender documents.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Ensuring accuracy of the quantity take-off.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on cost and expenditure.
  • Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
  • Evaluating and negotiating variations and claims.
  • Preparing final accounts.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation and regulations.
