Pride Dairy and Beverage Industries is currently seeking a mid-level Quality Control Officer for our dairy division. As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the receipt of milk from farmers and conduct tests to ensure it meets our high standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our production output on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive milk from farmers and conduct thorough tests to ensure it meets quality standards
• Properly handle and store milk to maintain its freshness and quality
• Monitor and maintain the quality of production output on a daily basis
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting hygiene standards
• Collaborate with production and packaging teams to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high standards
• Investigate and resolve any quality issues that may arise, including conducting root cause analysis
• Keep detailed records of quality control tests and results
• Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures and standards
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and usage patterns
• Coordinate with procurement for the timely replenishment of QC supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing inventory shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
