About the job

Job Responsibility:

Ensure quality control (QC) in the production process of namkeen and snacks.
Conduct quality testing of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and other QC regulations.
Perform sample testing to verify product quality as per standards.
Provide training to the production team on quality improvement.
Prepare and submit quality reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of QC compliance, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, or ISO standards.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
Analytical and Laboratory Skills
Experience in quality control processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
