Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Officer for Dairy to be a part of our dynamic team. As a mid-level quality control officer, you will support our commitment to providing high-quality products to our customers while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
  • Monitor and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
  • Identify and address any product quality issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and results
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on quality control findings and recommendations
  • Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and procedures
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and regulations related to quality control

Qualifications:

  • BTech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food industry with at least 1 year in Dairy Industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant quality control software
