About the job

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will perform inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance with quality requirements. You will also identify and document any defects, and work to implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process work, and finished products
Perform quality control tests according to established procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results
Identify and document any deviations from quality standards
Investigate and troubleshoot quality control problems
Work with production teams to implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain quality control documentation
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
