Job Description

Reporting Line: Head of Department

Main Responsibilities

Carrying out analysis only according to sampling plan and instruction are given in laboratory manuals as per the schedule and to record the results in the regular format
Carrying out raw, auxiliary & packaging material analysis upon receipt from the supplier and to submit the report to Divisional Head without delay
Recording the results and report to divisional head, if the results are not within specifications
Calibrate all QC devices & equipment according to time schedule & record it in the prescribed format
Make sure the time sampling and analysis of tests according to the production schedule
Ensure the safety of subordinates while undertaking any jobs by instructing them to use safety gear and follow safety measures as per the company health & safety policy
Maintenance of optimum cleanliness & hygiene (Good House Keeping) of Laboratory area
