Job Description

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure construction projects meet required specifications and quality.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
Monitor and document construction activities and results, ensuring all work is completed according to established quality standards.
Identify, report, and address any issues or defects in materials, workmanship, or construction processes.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
Prepare and present quality control reports and documentation to management and clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality control in construction.
Provide training and guidance to construction staff on quality control standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all construction sites.
