Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
Skilled in preparing and reviewing test cases and quality inspection procedures
Proficient in quality documentation development, including manuals, SOPs, and work instructions
Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Quality Inspectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate failures and customer complaints
Ability to manage multiple quality activities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous process improvement
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Proficient in using quality tools and software for data analysis and reporting

Office Timing: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Working Days: Monday-Friday

Job Description

Responsible for Quality System Maintenance:

Preparation for Test Cases.
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products is in accordance with approved data.
Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to user complaints.
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as manuals, procedures, etc.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
Preparation of QA reports.
