Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • At least a year of experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in managing and executing application software testing is a plus
  • Experience in managing and executing application software testing
  • Familiarity with Version Control tools such as Git
  • Must be able to provide detail report for test performed
  • Must be adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Must be detail-oriented, passionate to learn and committed to self-improvement
  • Must have basic knowledge about programming (loops,variable,constant,conditions,functions,modules and operators)
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Must have good analytical, logical and reasoning capability
  • Must have knowledge of agile technologies
  • Must have knowledge on SDLC, STLC, Bug/Defect Life Cycle
  • Should be familiar with frontend and backend technology

Job Description

  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
  • Conduct quality evaluation to ensure it meets the required standards
  • Coordinate with team, Clients & internal Customer success team to figure out the requirements & bugs
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Document test results noting discrepancies between actual and expected results
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
  • Other tasks as per assigned
  • Participate in standup meetings and other required QA meetings such as test planning, QA status and update meetings
  • Providing demo as and when required
  • Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents
