Role and Responsibility:
The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for assuring the quality of care through onsite monitoring of quality of services at Sangini outlets in their respective assigned areas. S/he will also be responsible for coordinating with districts stakeholders including government line agencies, NGOs and other partners working in the area of family planning and reproductive health. The Quality Assurance Officer continually assess the quality of care of service delivery outlets and identify the gaps, coach, and provide technical assistance to improve it.
