Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Implement and maintain quality control systems in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO standards).
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines and processes.
Investigate and report non-conformities or deviations in product quality.
Work closely with the production and R&D teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain proper documentation of QA procedures, reports, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with national food safety standards and company protocols.
Train staff on quality assurance best practices and food safety procedures.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 45 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
Basic understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
Strong observational and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
