Job Description: 

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance practices and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing testing processes, marking projects as completed after stakeholder reviews, and mentoring junior QA and interns to maintain and elevate QA standards across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the entire QA/QC process, ensuring all projects meet quality standards before deployment. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review project deliverables and secure approvals for completion. 
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and quality metrics for projects. 
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of web applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and security. 
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their resolution. 
• Lead and mentor QA junior/interns, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 
• Establish and refine QA best practices, processes, and tools within the organization. 
• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle. 
• Provide regular quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting issues, risks, and resolutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role. 
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent. 
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. 
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. 
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). 
• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
