About the job

QA Automation Engineer

MetaCloud Solutions is a product engineering team. We seek Mid-Level QA Automation Engineers who work closely with development teams to improve collaboration and streamline the development process.

Responsibilities:

Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile methodologies
Design, implement, and coordinate test strategies and plans with development/product teams
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of test automation frameworks
Develop and execute automated UI and functional tests on real devices and emulators
Review daily test results, report and track issues
Enhance and maintain automated CI flows
Troubleshoot issues in systems under test

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strong technical background
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation and Proficiency in application testing
Basic knowledge with programming languages such as Laravel, React and Node.
Experience in Automation tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio or Jmeter
Experience with logging and monitoring frameworks
Experience in security testing, load testing, API testing and automation testing
Knowledge of automation and CI/CD (continuous integration & continuous delivery)
Comfortable using Git, and experienced with CI tools like Jenkins, and test management tools like JIRA
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQ databases
