QA Automation Engineer

MetaCloud Solutions is a product engineering team. We seek Mid-Level QA Automation Engineers who work closely with development teams to improve collaboration and streamline the development process. 

Responsibilities:

• Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile methodologies
• Design, implement, and coordinate test strategies and plans with development/product teams
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of test automation frameworks
• Develop and execute automated UI and functional tests on real devices and emulators
• Review daily test results, report and track issues
• Enhance and maintain automated CI flows
• Troubleshoot issues in systems under test

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strong technical background
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation and Proficiency in application testing
• Basic knowledge with programming languages such as Laravel, React and Node. 
• Experience in Automation tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio or Jmeter
• Experience with logging and monitoring frameworks
• Experience in security testing, load testing, API testing and automation testing
• Knowledge of automation and CI/CD (continuous integration & continuous delivery)
• Comfortable using Git, and experienced with CI tools like Jenkins, and test management tools like JIRA
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQ databases
