Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years

  • Qualifications Requirement: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years experience in Technical field in relevant manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of SPC/SQC. Clarity in implementing Quality Plan. 
  • Good Knowledge of quality systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety. 
  • NEBOSH certification preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills. 
  • Computer literacy is essential.

Job Description

  • Comply timely with all the quality inspections and checks and the respective quality cycles.
  • Perform visual audits of the process.
  • Inspect and review in a cyclic manner the product coming out of the machines.
  • Detect and document problems in the product and the process.
  • Conduct finished goods audits.
  • Conduct quality function related lab tests.
  • Participate in the Quality problems analysis (Customer Complaints, Containments, etc.)
  • Assist the WHSE Manager to conduct job safety analysis (JSA), monthly safety meeting, and coordinate different safety training to reinforce the safety culture in the company.
  • Conduct regular relevant refresher training to visitors, contractors, employees in the area of health, safety and other relevant aspects.
  • Proactive in safety hazards identification and implementing control measures.
  • Constantly walk through the production floor to ensure that safety protocols are followed by employees.
  • Address any safety concerns with the WHSE manager immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments including production, warehouse, QA and maintenance to ensure the workplace safety.
