We are hiring a meticulous Quality Analyst (Content & Apps) you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software. You'll work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve defects, test new features, and contribute to the overall success of our products.
What You'll Do:
- Perform functional, usability, and regression testing on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Identify and document software bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough testing of app features, including user interface, data integrity, and in-app purchases.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure new changes don't introduce defects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise test documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and industry best practices.
What you'll need:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) on various devices.
- Working knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of XPaths and regular expressions (regex).

- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures within the software development process.
- Critical thinking and analysis skills to identify security risks and analyze business, technical, and functional needs.
