Job Description

Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Set up and oversee the company’s finance system
Drive the company’s financial planning
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Manage vendor relationships
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Communication, Discussion and coordination with the statutory auditor, internal auditor and any other auditor of the Company
Communication, Discussion and coordination with the management of the Company

Note : The work station of the candidate will be either in a College or IT Sector Industry or Senior Level CFO for Conglomerate business organization.
