We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Tester and Team Lead for Healthcare SaaS to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing scenarios, as well as leading our test team to ensure the highest quality of our EHR system. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various testing scenarios.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure the quality of the application.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our product remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software testing.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of API testing and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
