Job Description

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and Pricing-Discount rates, bonus, credit terms
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into software
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Competitive research to know the market and trends
