Job Description

  • Weekly Outlet Wise Sales Forecast in coordination with Procurement and Logistic
  • Get Approval from CFO and Send it to COO
  • File it to Weekly Sales Forecast FilePreparation LPO as defined format
  • Confirm Price Changes
  • Email to Vendors
  • Send Copy to Receiver, COO and CFO
  • Maintain Sales Forecast Vs. LPO Report.Negotiation for Price
  • Negotiation for Scheme, Promotion, Rebate and Discount
  • Follow up Vendors for New Products  & Others
  • Maintain report of Changes in Vendor FileMargin Verification as MOU
  • Price Verification as per Market MappingPI verification into system
  • Quantity verification as per TOReturning Damaged and expired goods
  • Returning Overstock
  • Returning Ageing Stock
