Job Description

  • Oversee the property purchase process from offer to closing.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate property inspections, valuations, and due diligence.
  • Communicate with property owners, brokers, and agents to obtain necessary details.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and timelines in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain relationships with trusted real estate agents, developers, and sellers.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for agreement drafting, verification, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure all legal requirements and property documents are complete and accurate.
  • Work closely with finance teams for payment processing and budget alignment.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for site visits, inspections, and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions and property files.
  • Prepare reports on purchase progress, property status, and acquisition pipeline.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure all purchase milestones are met.
