Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to promote our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Coordination:

  • Actively identify and attract potential candidates from across Nepal
  • Coordinate with branch offices, walk-in applicants, training centers, educational institutions, and local communities for manpower sourcing
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional recruitment teams to ensure quick response to urgent demands
  • Ensure timely mobilization of candidates for interviews, medicals, and processing

2. Job Demand Publication & Promotions:

  • Draft and publish job demands in national newspapers, online job portals, FM radio, and social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ensure all postings are accurate, timely, and approved as per DoFE standards
  • Create promotional materials and digital flyers for mass circulation
  • Monitor the effectiveness of job advertisements and suggest improvements

 3. Candidate Handling & Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates seeking job information
  • Explain job roles, benefits, salary packages, processing timelines, and requirements clearly
  • Schedule and assist with interviews, orientations, and candidate counseling
  • Track and follow up with selected candidates until deployment
  • Resolve issues and queries from candidates promptly and professionally

4. Internal Coordination & Documentation:

  • Coordinate between the recruitment department, documentation team, and branch offices
  • Ensure proper documentation is collected and submitted from selected candidates
  • Assist in the preparation of interview reports, mobilization lists, and daily candidate tracking sheets
  • Keep all data confidential and up-to-date in digital or manual records

5. Field Visits & Outreach:

  • Travel across different provinces as needed to support recruitment drives, job fairs, and mobilization
  • Organize and represent the company in local events, training sessions, and information programs
  • Establish links with local authorities and communities to promote job opportunities

6. Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports to:
    -Recruitment Manager – operational updates and candidate status
    -Secretary – for coordination and scheduling
    -General Manager (GM) – overall progress, challenges, and field activity summaries
    -Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement based on field experience.
