Job Description

  • Analyze the job seeker database and co-ordinate with Marketing team to plan various marketing activities.
  • Implement the referrer onboarding program as per business plan and striving to achieve the same through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Supervise and report the progress of call broadcasting.
  • Conduct market research and attending industry events where networking is possible to onboard quality candidates.
  • Coordinate with Client Relation Supervisor to ensure that quality and sufficient candidates have applied for each job post as per company norms.
  • Prepare targets for subordinates. Ensure that team is working to achieve the target.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the Subordinates. Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Prepare and submit the visit and conversion reports and delivering presentations if required and update the same in CRM.
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.

  • Moderate Field visit is required.
