Job Description

We're seeking a support from an experienced Public Relations Officer / Recruitment Officer to enhance our visibility and engagement in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

Actively source and headhunt suitable candidates through various channels including databases, social media, field agents, and sub-agents.
Coordinate with clients and agents to fulfill manpower requirements.
Identify potential candidates matching the required skillsets and experience levels.
Understand the received job order and detailed manpower requirements from international clients.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, attitude, and suitability for the job role.
Ensure shortlisted candidates meet the client's technical and behavioral criteria.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sourcing agents, training centers, and local partners for timely delivery of candidates.
Mobilize large volumes of candidates through trusted networks for different job categories.
Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and candidate availability.
Clarify any queries related to job orders, interviews, or mobilization.
Maintain an updated candidate database by job category, experience, and readiness.
Ensure proper record keeping of all shortlisted and selected candidates.
Provide feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement in sourcing strategies.
