Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Public Relation Officer use a wide range of communication media (Telephone, Email, Whatsapp & Social Platforms) to build and sustain good relationships between the employing organization and its clients through planned publicity and PR activities.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Identify appropriate source and plan recruitment strategies & activities.
Targeting & Sourcing sufficient suitable candidates & dealing with enquiries from aspirants.
Aggressive follow ups via call, email, whatsapp, email to ensure sufficient application and enrolment.
Organize, manage and do all the needful prior & at the time of each interview drives.
Prepare & submit daily progress reports to managers/supervisors with adequate information.
Maintain Report or day book with the full entries of dealing customer and shortlisted candidates on daily basis.
Liaison with clients, candidates, departments at the time of interviews.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

At least 12 passed and must be able to communicate (Read, Write & Speak) in English
Must have 2-3 year similar job experience in recruitment agency
Must have good PR/rapport with clients from different province/area of Nepal
Must be able to make frequent field visit with specified recruitment target
High Quality Customer Service and basic knowledge of MS Office (Computer)
Strong Work Ethic, well groomed and goal oriented
Precise verbal and written communication (English, Nepali & Local Language)
Knowledge of local language (Maithali, Bhojpuri, Awadhi, Hindi) will be an advantage
Self-motivated, Overachieving and Positive Attitude
Friendly, Professional, Adaptable, Hardworking and Smart
Can give sufficient time and work under high pressure
