Job Description

As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to cultivate a positive company image.

 Responsibilities:

  • Planning recruitment strategies and activities
  • Dealing with enquiries from the candidates and stakeholders
  • Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
  • Prepare, distribute, edit and update promotional material and office publications
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Track media coverage and follow company trends
  • Prepare and submit PR reports and Manage PR issues
  • Aggressive follow ups with all sources to arrange suitable candidates.
  • Organizing and managing the candidates at the time of interview drives
  • Providing daily reports to Secretaries/Coordinators and Managers with information about new progress on recruitment
  • Maintaining a Report format or day book with the full entries of dealing sources and shortlisted candidates on daily basis
  • Liaising with clients, recruiter and candidates at the time of interviews
