Job Description

Enhance all our stakeholders’ experience by greeting visitors, delivering exceptional service assistance, answering calls, addressing visitors’ questions, needs and providing a welcoming environment. 

Role, Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate office or concerned person.
  • Answer and forward incoming calls as and when required.
  • Provide required information to the visitors, callers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties such as filing, photocopying, and as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Student Service Cum HR Officer and the Operation Manager.
