Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image.
Manage all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media kits, and media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Organize and coordinate press events, conferences, and interviews.
Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on the company's reputation and business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans.
Create and manage content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Prepare and manage the PR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Train and mentor junior PR staff.
