- Primary owner of building, maintaining and expanding customer relationship of related account and other key stake holders. Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and expand business in the related account to continuously generate revenue and enhance profitability of the company
- Sales operation of the account from lead to cash. Exceed KPI given for the account.
- Presentation and organisation of customer activities to support in brand building and customer satisfaction
- Customer issue resolution and co-ordination till closure
- Customer/competitor/market information collection, analysis and reporting
- Support and co-ordinate product/solution team to make the solution acceptable to customer
- Bidding support, contract negotiation and project participation
