Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re seeking a skilled Public Procurement Assistant to support our consultancy projects and assist in public procurement processes. The role involves research, documentation, and coordination tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.

Requirements:

Assist in preparing procurement documentation and reports
Conduct research on government policies, regulations, and procurement procedures
Support project teams in administrative and documentation tasks
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all procurement activities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external
Ensure compliance with government rules and consultancy guidelines

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Management, Economics, or related fields (Masters preferred)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in Nepali and English with professional typing skills
Good research, documentation, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
