Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychosocial Counselor to provide essential mental health support to survivors of human trafficking. The ideal candidate will deliver trauma-informed, survivor-centric counseling services and play a critical role in the healing and recovery journey of the residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of human trafficking survivors.
  • Address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges to foster healing and resilience.
  • Develop and implement personalized counseling plans for each resident.
  • Continuously assess progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure effective support.
  • Utilize advanced trauma-informed practices to provide a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ensure that counseling approaches prioritize the dignity, autonomy, and empowerment of survivors.
