Job Description

Janakpur Refineries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Province Sales Head to oversee sales operations within a specific province. The Province Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve provincial sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats within the province.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to align provincial sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
