Janakpur Refineries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Province Sales Head to oversee sales operations within a specific province. The Province Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve provincial sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats within the province.
Collaborate with the national sales team to align provincial sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
Foster a positive and productive work environment within the sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the province.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at regional industry events and networking opportunities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results to senior management.
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and customer service.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales leader, in Food (Khadhyanna) Industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in the refining or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of the local market and business environment.
Ability to travel within the province as required.
