Are you a skilled communicator with a flair for writing impactful proposals and reports?

Are you creative and skilled in video making and editing?

We’re hiring a Proposal-Report Writer Officer and Video Making and Editor to strengthen our project development and documentation team.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft high-quality project proposals for funding and partnership opportunities
Write detailed and accurate reports on program activities and outcomes
Collaborate with program teams to collect data and evidence
Ensure writing is clear, persuasive, and aligned with donor requirements
Work closely with program and M&E teams to gather data, success stories, and learnings
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for programs, events, campaigns, and social media
Develop storyboards and visual concepts in coordination with the communication team
Edit raw footage into polished final products using appropriate software

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in English, Development Studies, Communication, or related field
At least 2 years of proven experience in proposal/report writing
Excellent command of written English and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online platforms (Google Docs/Drive)
Prefer to verbal and written skills of Korean Language

Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
