Job Description

Must have the knowledge of Real estate and handling properties
Able to maintain a professional relationship with all the stake holder including local authority
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, business correspondence, coordination, analytical and computer, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Meet with prospective renters and buyers and show them properties
Manage Community Living Properties
Discuss the lease and explain the terms of occupancy or ownership
Designing Business Plan for assigned properties
Familiarity with applicable local and government laws
Collect monthly fees from tenants or individual owners
Solely Responsible for Drivers and Housekeeping
Inspect all building facilities and arrange for new equipment or repairs as needed
Pay bills or delegate bill payment for such expenditures as taxes, insurance, payroll, utilities and maintenance
Involvement in the company’s Event, manage and execute
Contract for trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other services
Investigate and settle complaints, disturbances, and violations
Prepare budgets, financial and management reports
