Job Description

  • Must have the knowledge of Real estate and handling properties
  • Able to maintain a professional relationship with all the stake holder including local authority
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, business correspondence, coordination, analytical and computer, presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Meet with prospective renters and buyers and show them properties
  • Manage Community Living Properties
  • Discuss the lease and explain the terms of occupancy or ownership
  • Designing Business Plan for assigned properties
  • Familiarity with applicable local and government laws
  • Collect monthly fees from tenants or individual owners
  • Solely Responsible for Drivers and Housekeeping
  • Inspect all building facilities and arrange for new equipment or repairs as needed
  • Pay bills or delegate bill payment for such expenditures as taxes, insurance, payroll, utilities and maintenance
  • Involvement in the company’s Event, manage and execute
  • Contract for trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other services
  • Investigate and settle complaints, disturbances, and violations
  • Prepare budgets, financial and management reports
  • Others
