Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspect of property operations including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial management
  • Ensure the efficient and effective management of residential and commercial properties
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complains and requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Conduct tenant screening and lease negotiations
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure that properties are well maintained, safe and compliant with regulations
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers
  • Develop and manage property budgets forecasts and financial reports
  • Monitor income and expenses to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness
  • Communicate regularly with tenants to address their needs and concern and implement initiatives to improve tenant experience and overall satisfaction
  • Recruit, train and supervise property management staff
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Must understand and be able to apply local laws and regulations of contracts and agreements, TDS, Advertisement display requirement of ward/municipality, property tax, insurance, AMC etc
