Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage all aspect of property operations including but not limited to leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial management
Ensure the efficient and effective management of residential and commercial properties
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
Handle tenant inquiries, complains and requests in a prompt and professional manner
Conduct tenant screening and lease negotiations
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair activities
Ensure that properties are well maintained, safe and compliant with regulations
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers
Develop and manage property budgets forecasts and financial reports
Monitor income and expenses to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness
Communicate regularly with tenants to address their needs and concern and implement initiatives to improve tenant experience and overall satisfaction
Recruit, train and supervise property management staff
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Must understand and be able to apply local laws and regulations of contracts and agreements, TDS, Advertisement display requirement of ward/municipality, property tax, insurance, AMC etc

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

5 years’ experience in Property Management in residential and commercial property
Competent with office management software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
Must have valid license and own vehicle
Efficient and proficient in e-marketing
Have sense of value for money and total quality management
