Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degrees or higher (Management studies is preferred)
Min 2 years experiences with relevant experiences in PR and marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Good in English & Fluency in Nepali Language
Proactive and multitasking
Strong communication skills in order to communicate with candidates, students and our Japan HQ members from various background and Nationalities.
Strong passion to grow fast paced business environment such as startup or small size with high potential company
Flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity

Work Hours

09:00-17:00 (1 hour break)
Flexible work hours during the visit of Japanese clients.

Salary

50,000 NPR ~ *As per the relevant work experience.

Job Description

Responsible to maximize the potential market of Nepalese to work in Japan
Communicate with stakeholders and universities/campuses to build a good relationship/partnership
Conducting market research to create marketing implementation plan and strategy
Creating promotion plan to gather candidates for Japanese Companies
Conducting promotion activities to maximize the number of candidates for Japanese Companies.
Handling data by using google spreadsheets/excel
