Job Summary: The projectionist is responsible for setting up operating and handling projection and related sound reproduction equipment.
Reports To: Facility Manager
Total Compensation: Negotiable
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisite

• Minimum one year of experience in a technical field
• Basic knowledge of network technologies and Windows operating systems
  
• Capacity of basic troubleshooting of hardware and network & technologies
• Tech Savvy
  

Areas of Responsibility

• Plays movies, trailers, and commercials on automated digital projectors.
• Maintain optimal theatre, projection rooms, and AC system temperature and oversee basic equipment maintenance.
• Inspects projection equipment before operation.
• Ensures proper maintenance of projectors for its smooth function.
• Checks the lights and sounds of the auditorium and ensures its smooth operation.
• Check the lamp hours daily.
• Ensures movies’ downloads at all required servers and test the movies.
• Fill up the projection checklist daily to monitor sound, light, picture, and AC temperature for a quality cinema experience.
• Basic troubleshooting of the projection system and its supporting components (UPS, server, amplifier, sound system, etc).
