Roles and responsibilities of this job

Essential Qualifications, Skills and/or Experience:

At least a diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years' experience in Community Based Water Supply & Sanitation projects
Must have excellent computing skills in Ms-Word, Excel, Power-point, AutoCAD, Hydraulic CAD and Database computing. GIS & GPS knowledge is desirable
Must be able to carrying out the survey & design work of water supply scheme and have good knowledge on estimation and construction of water supply scheme
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for detailed survey and design of water supply schemes to be constructed by the GWT(N)/RWEPP.S/he will be responsible to conduct technical feasibility survey and do the feasibility assessment for complicated and bigger projects before carrying out detail survey. S/he will also take initiation to coordinate with the community to discuss about the implementation activities and preliminary outcomes of the survey.
