Job Description

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
  • Preparing Corporate/Institutional Sales plan and process
  • Add new Architects/Builders/Key Accounts/Contractors to the existing business.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for Institutional/Corporate Sales
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Collect payments in a timely manner
  • Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Take action to address underperforming customers
  • Follow up with production on quality, quantity in a timely manner
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts
