Job Description

Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
Preparing Corporate/Institutional Sales plan and process
Add new Architects/Builders/Key Accounts/Contractors to the existing business.
Reaching the targets and goals set for Institutional/Corporate Sales
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Collect payments in a timely manner
Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Take action to address underperforming customers
Follow up with production on quality, quantity in a timely manner
Handling complaints, settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts
