Job Description

Identify and target potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects requiring cement and related products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and project consultants.
Conduct regular client visits, understand project requirements, and provide customized cement solutions.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise on cement types, applications, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with the technical team to recommend optimal cement solutions for different construction needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the management team.
Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Track project progress and ensure contractual obligations are met.
