  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel to parties, construction sites, contractors, and complaints when required.

Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects requiring cement and related products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and project consultants.
  • Conduct regular client visits, understand project requirements, and provide customized cement solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise on cement types, applications, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to recommend optimal cement solutions for different construction needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the management team.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
  • Track project progress and ensure contractual obligations are met.
