Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Scope: For "Unity for Sustainability campaign", an initiative of Annapurna Media Network which aims to lead the climate change dialogue’ working closely with all stakeholders on sustainable development mode, particularly focusing on climate-change issues.

Job Assignments:

Identify and contact potential grantees for funding and new program partners for business expansion.
Represent company brand in industry conferences, meetings and workshops.
Prepare proposals and funding reports.
Maintain frequent communications with program partners and other stakeholders.
Develop best practices to improve overall program performance.
Plan and execute program activities in timely and accurate manner.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Education: A Masters degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Nepali and English. Ability to write clear project documentation, reports, and proposals, as well as facilitate meetings and presentations.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
