We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mid-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team at an e-commerce development agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects for multiple clients, leading the project lifecycle from initial sales involvement to project scoping, requirements analysis, team collaboration, and successful delivery. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and related fields, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in sales activities by communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively presenting our agency's services and capabilities
• Lead project scoping and requirements analysis, working closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and technical specifications
• Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively
• Manage project scope, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the defined scope and timeline
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to the development team, ensuring that each team member has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and deadlines
• Foster effective team collaboration and communication, encouraging a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
• Conduct regular project meetings and reviews, addressing any concerns or challenges, and identifying areas for improvement
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices and overall efficiency
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance checks and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, and addressing any client concerns or escalations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce development and project management methodologies
