Nepal is filled with fascinating people, great natural landscapes and a brilliant spiritual atmosphere. Tourism real estate another sector we shall be focusing on.
We have started scouting and acquiring major real estates in strategic locations within the Kathmandu Valley and in other major cities. Our immediate focus is the Kathmandu Valley, which has witnessed a tremendous real estate housing boom in recent years. We envisage an additional fourfold growth of real estate in strategic locations.
